Return policy

Payment time

We accept returns within 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must comply with our policies:

Your item must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with original tags and packaging intact. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the payment receipt label.

Order cancellation time

The order cancellation deadline is 1 day from the date you placed the order online. You cannot change your order after 1 day.

My product arrived damaged

When receiving the goods and the product is damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product. Notify us of such delivery by email to us.

Damaged/defective goods

In the event that an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer will be refunded both the delivery and return shipping fees and you may return it for a refund.

Car

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

Once the returned item is received and eligibility for exchange is verified, we will process the exchange.

Refund policy

Refund time

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item. But if 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund method

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to the customer’s original payment method.

Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

Once your refund is approved by us, all responsibility rests with your bank.

If you do not wish to receive the product due to changes in personal needs, we will deduct shipping costs directly from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Next contact your bank. There will typically be some processing time before the refund is sent.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us.
